Nautic Electronics GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We direct our data processing towards the target of only collecting, processing or utilising the personal data required for the sensible and economic benefit of our offer.
Subsequently we realise when data is stored for utilisation of our internet offers and how we use it. We have met technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are adhered to. Our offers are subject to the conditions of the Swiss Right of Obligation on personal protection.
By request we would be happy to let you have access to your personal data stored by us.

Personal Data

Personal data is information through which your identity can be determined. This includes, for example, names or address data. Information which cannot be brought into connection with specific persons is not included.

Our on-line offers can be principally used without you having to divulge your identity. We basically do not pass on personal data to third parties. There is thus especially no transfer of data to third parties for advertising purposes.

The evaluation of personal data and its transfer to third parties could be necessary for the purpose of completion and handling of services if you use our personalised services. This data is however only saved or passed on to an extent necessary for the handling of the order. Third parties, to which your data is passed on within the framework of the handling of the order, are incidentally bound to the legal regulations for the handling of personal data.
