SUPPORT - Services

As a customer of Nautic Electronics you are able to build on comprehensive support services. Nautic Electronics basically offers a guarantee period of one year on all components and systems offered after the approval of installation on yachts. This guarantee period can last up to a couple of years depending on the manufacturer. Free-of-charge, on-site support is guaranteed to the customer whereby flaws in a component or a system made by the customer have to be proven.

The customer must appropriately bear the costs arising for Nautic Electronics for travel expenses, overnight and working time, should impairments in one of the components or a system be detected as being due to external influence, incorrect operations or the lack of correct maintenance, then the customer must appropriately bear the costs arising for Nautic Electronics for travel expenses, overnight and working time.

Nautic Electronics aims to support the customer and provide good advice after purchase or successful installations. Only satisfied customers count at Nautic Electronics – customers with state-of-the-art, highly reliable installations on board their yachts.
